Who we are

Promopark Studio is a brand of Promopark LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Purchase data (name, email, product, amount; card details stay with the payment provider), the messages you send to support, the answers you give in a project request or waitlist form, and technical logs kept by our hosting provider.

Advertising

For visitors outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. They record the pages you visit and actions such as viewing a template, starting a checkout, sending a project request or completing a purchase, together with your IP address, browser user agent and Meta cookie identifiers. When you send a project request, your email address is sent to Meta only as a one-way hash (SHA-256). If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we keep the campaign details (UTM parameters and the Facebook click ID) in a first-party cookie for 90 days and attach them to the forms you send.

None of this runs for visitors in the EU, the EEA or the UK.

You can opt out of personalised ads in your Meta ad preferences and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not identify you personally and only reports aggregated data.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought, provide support and updates, reply to your request, send receipts, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that run the business: Creem (template checkout, merchant of record), Stripe (optional setup services), Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection and analytics), Meta (advertising measurement, outside the EU/EEA/UK), Google (form submissions and email) and Framer (template delivery).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the product and support, and as long as tax and accounting rules require.

International transfers

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data. Email [email protected]; we reply within about 30 days.

Children

Our products are not intended for anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data; no system is completely secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
