Before you ask
Where are you based?
Promopark LLC is registered in New Mexico, USA. We work remotely and keep support hours on Eastern Time.
How do I pay?
In USD. Templates are a one-time payment by card at checkout, and Care plans bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Launch projects on a template are 50% to start and 50% before the domain goes live. Custom builds are 50% upfront and 50% at launch.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain is registered in your name. Templates ship as a Framer project in your account. Custom builds ship as a GitHub repo you own. No lock-in.
What if I don't like it?
On a template launch, you review the full site before launch, with one round of revisions included, and we fix anything that doesn't match the brief for 14 days after launch. Custom builds move in small steps: each sprint ends with a preview link, and you approve before the next one starts. Template refunds follow our refund policy.
What are your support hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern. Every message gets a reply within 2 business days.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. On a template, text, photos, prices and CMS items edit in Framer, in the browser, and every launch includes a recorded walkthrough of your own site. Custom builds come with a README, environment setup notes and a recorded walkthrough, on a stack chosen around who edits the content.
