Templates

Templates are digital products delivered instantly. We refund within 14 days of purchase if the template is defective and we can’t fix it. Email us with your payment receipt and a description of the problem.

Not refundable

Change of mind, no longer needing the template, buying by mistake after you received it, problems caused by your own changes, and Framer plans, hosting or domains, which you buy from third parties.

Always refunded

If you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or you can’t access the template and we can’t deliver it, we refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Creem, our merchant of record, refunds to your original payment method. We reply to refund requests within 2 business days (Mon–Fri). You can also contact Creem at [email protected]. After a refund, access to the template may be withdrawn.

Disputes

Please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems are solved by email.

Launch projects

The 50% deposit is refundable until we start content work. After launch, we fix issues free for 14 days.

Care plans

Cancel any month. The current month is not refunded.
