Who we are

Promopark Studio is a brand of Promopark LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. By buying a template or requesting a project you agree to these terms, our template license and our privacy policy.

The product

A template is a digital product, not a service. You receive a Framer Remix link and, where the template page lists it, a PDF setup guide. You need your own Framer account to use it; publishing on your own domain needs a Framer site plan, bought separately from Framer.

Price and payment

Templates are a one-time payment in USD. Template payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Optional setup services may be paid through Stripe.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate: your Framer Remix link and PDF guide arrive in your purchase email from Creem right after payment (check spam). If you can’t find it, email [email protected] with your payment receipt and we will resend it.

License

Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, Single-Use license for one end project. You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the template, list it on marketplaces, or use one license for more than one project. We keep ownership of the template. Fonts and plugins used in a template are covered by their own licenses. The full terms are in our template license.

Updates and support

Template updates are free and reach you through Framer’s update mechanism or by email. Support replies within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, at [email protected]. Support covers the template as sold; it does not include custom development.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content and legal pages

Templates may include sample legal pages (such as Privacy, Terms, Cancellation and Accessibility) and sample forms (such as a consultation form with SMS consent). They are examples only. You are responsible for your own content, legal pages and compliance. Nothing in a template is medical or legal advice.

Launch projects and Care plans

For Launch projects and Care plans we are responsible for the work we deliver. We are not responsible for third-party platforms such as Framer, booking providers or your domain registrar.

Disclaimer and liability

Templates are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
